We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our team.

1. Cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order

Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of placing the order are eligible for a 100% refund of the total amount paid.

2. Cancellation between 24 to 72 hours after placing the order

Cancellation requests made after 24 hours but within 72 hours of placing the order will incur a deduction of 50% of the total order cost.

The remaining 50% will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. Cancellation after 72 hours of placing the order

Cancellation requests made beyond 72 hours from the time of order placement will not be eligible for any refund.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
